Description:

Troux is looking for an Inside Sales Representative dedicated to strategic profiling, outbound calling, e-mail correspondence, and resource coordination across all necessary departments. Job candidates must be capable of helping our account executives pinpoint prospect challenges (both immediate and latent), identify how Troux’s solutions can help solve those issues, and respond effectively to customer inquiries. Troux seeks candidates with a track record of developing new business opportunities with senior executives at Global 2000 companies. The ability to achieve and exceed quarterly targets for discovery meetings and new opportunity creation is essential. (Or if plural, use abilities/are essential)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail
• Profile and prospect into target accounts
• Assist potential customers during their evaluation process
• Keep management informed by maintaining accurate and thorough activity and opportunity records within Salesforce.com
• Report to management weekly and quarterly on accomplishments, successes, and progress against plan
• Coordinate and schedule onsite and online presentations
• Provide management with insight into the local market opportunities in stated geographies

Qualifications:

• Passion for selling (IT industry background preferable)
• Enthusiastic and self-starting approach
• Record of sales success against quota
• Knowledge and experience of enterprise software solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office/Exchange, and Salesforce.com

Responsibilities:

Troux Technologies is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to play a key role in the development of its core products.  This position is pivotal in the detailed design and implementation of new product use cases using Java, SQL, Ajax, HTML/DHTML, JavaScript and a host of supporting technologies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recent direct Java coding experience
• Proficiency in enterprise-level J2EE application development
• Proven experience with software design
• Strong SQL and database knowledge
• Good communication skills

Strongly Desired:

• Experience working with agile development teams
• “Test-first” development practices and automated unit testing experience
• Background in ETL and reporting systems
• JavaScript, HTML/DHTML proficiency

Pluses:

• Background in usability principles
• One or more of the following attributes:
